Our story
Stixx Digital was founded over a decade ago to do one thing: generate qualified leads for businesses that needed more customers.
We were good at it. But we kept seeing the same thing happen. A genuine enquiry would arrive, and then sit. Nobody called back for hours. The note never made it into the CRM. The call came in at 7pm and went to voicemail. The prospect moved on to whoever answered first.
Good leads were being lost not because they were bad, but because the systems around them were slow and disconnected. Selling more leads into that would not fix it.
So we built the fix. We developed our AI and integration capability, which trades as EngageAI, to answer every enquiry instantly, qualify it, book it and log it in the systems our clients already use. Today we generate the enquiry, certify it, and make sure none of it goes cold.

He founded Stixx Digital to generate leads, and built EngageAI when it became clear that the biggest gains were in what happens after the lead arrives. He still leads our consultancy work personally.
