Before anything goes live we write down exactly what counts as a lead or appointment for you: homeowner only, postcodes you cover, products you install, minimum timescale. That written criteria is the contract.
If a lead or appointment does not match it, report it within 72 hours and we replace it. No arguments about whether the homeowner "sounded keen". It either met the criteria or it did not.

Are your leads shared with other installers?
No. Certified leads are exclusive to the buyer. Once a homeowner's enquiry is delivered to you, we do not sell it to anyone else.
What makes a lead certified?
The homeowner has either replied to an SMS or been called and spoken to, confirming their details and their interest, before the lead is delivered to you.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. There are no retainers or set-up fees on lead generation. You pay per lead or per appointment, at a price agreed before the campaign starts.
Can I choose the postcodes I cover?
Yes. Postcode coverage is part of your criteria, so you only receive leads and appointments in the areas your teams can actually reach.
What happens if a lead is wrong?
If a lead or appointment does not match the criteria we agreed, report it within 72 hours and we replace it.
Can the AI work with my existing CRM or job management software?
Usually, yes. We integrate with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Monday.com, spreadsheets, calendars and email. If your system has an API or a way to import data, we can normally connect to it.
