For bathroom fitters and designers

Bathroom leads for fitters who are booked solid and still losing work.

A bathroom fitter spends most days with tile adhesive on their hands. That is when the phone rings. We send exclusive, qualified bathroom enquiries, book home visits around your current jobs, and let AI answer the calls you cannot.

Know your buyer

Three bathroom buyers. Three different conversations.

"I need a new bathroom" can mean very different jobs. Lumping them together is how fitters end up quoting work they do not want.

The refresher

Same layout, new suite, new tiles. Cost guides commonly put a standard family bathroom refit in the mid four figures including fitting. This buyer is price-aware, often gets several quotes and wants a start date.

The upgrader

Walk-in shower, freestanding bath, underfloor heating, maybe moving the toilet. Bigger spend, more design, more trades, and a buyer who wants to see your previous work.

The accessibility buyer

Level-access shower, grab rails, a comfort-height toilet. Often bought for an older parent or after a health change. Sometimes funded partly through a council grant. Needs patience, clarity and respect.

What makes bathroom sales tricky

Many trades, one customer

A full refit can involve stripping out, plumbing, electrics, plastering, tiling and decorating. Homeowners want one firm to take responsibility. If you subcontract the electrics, they will still blame you if the extractor fan is late.

Electrics in a wet room are regulated

In England, a room with a bath or shower is a "special location" under Part P of the Building Regulations. New circuits, such as for an electric shower, and changes to circuits within that zone are generally notifiable. A registered competent person can self-certify. Buyers do not always know this, but they increasingly ask, and it is a good reason to choose a properly registered firm.

Funding for accessible bathrooms

In England, Disabled Facilities Grants run by local councils can help pay for adaptations such as a level-access shower. They are means-tested, usually follow an occupational therapist assessment, and have a mandatory upper limit of £30,000 for works. The process takes time, so these leads need a patient pipeline and a clear explanation of next steps. We never imply a homeowner will qualify.

Timing

Bathroom work can happen year round, but homeowners often plan around holidays, guests or a house sale. A typical refit takes a couple of weeks on site, and bespoke items can extend lead times. Buyers want a realistic start date on the first call.

Certified leads

Choose the bathroom jobs you actually want.

Every lead has confirmed their details and interest by SMS reply or a call before you see it. Each one is exclusive and delivered in real time.

Indicative pricing starts from £20 per lead, ex VAT. Accessible bathroom and premium design leads usually cost more because they need extra qualification.

Booked appointments

Home visits that fit around the job you are on.

Most fitters quote in the evenings or at weekends. Our VoiceAI qualifies each enquiry on budget and timescale, then books a home visit only into the slots you have released. Indicative pricing from £130 per appointment, ex VAT.

You set the slots

Say Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings. The AI never books outside them.

AI qualifies and books

Job type, budget, timescale and who needs to be present. Accessible bathroom calls are handled more slowly and clearly.

Confirm and remind

Confirmation, a reminder and an easy rearrange link. If an appointment falls outside your criteria, flag it within 72 hours for replacement.

AI automation

A receptionist for a one-van business.

Deployed by our EngageAI team. Managed agents from £497 a month, custom projects from £2,500, typically live in 1 to 3 weeks.

VoiceAI while you are on the tools

Answers in under three rings, 24/7. Takes new enquiries, books visits into your released slots, and answers simple questions from existing customers so you are not taking calls in a half-tiled shower.

Quote chasing that does not feel pushy

After you send a quote, AI checks in by SMS and phone on a schedule you control. It answers questions about products or start dates and flags anyone ready to book.

Photo-first enquiries

A WhatsApp or SMS agent asks new enquirers for photos of the current bathroom, so you can spot a tricky job before you drive out.

Simple job tracking

Not every fitter has a CRM. We can connect a spreadsheet, your calendar and Gmail or Outlook so every enquiry, quote and booking lives in one place.

Illustrative example

Is a booked visit worth £130 to a sole trader?

A made-up scenario to show the reasoning. Not a client result.

Imagine a two-person bathroom firm that can fit around three bathrooms a month. They do not need hundreds of leads. They need a handful of good ones, delivered without stopping work to chase them.

  • They buy 8 booked visits at an assumed £140 each: £1,120.
  • They win, say, 3 of those 8 visits.
  • Appointment cost per job: about £373.

Compare that with the alternative. Say they buy 25 cheaper leads, then spend evenings ringing round. Even if the lead cost per job comes out slightly lower, the hours on the phone are hours not spent quoting, fitting or resting. For a firm this size, the booked visit is often the better buy. For a larger firm with an office team, certified leads may be. Your numbers decide, and we are happy to work them through with you.

FAQ

Bathroom fitter questions

Can I choose not to receive fit-only leads?

Yes. Whether the homeowner wants you to supply products or only fit them is part of your criteria. If you only do supply and fit, we filter accordingly.

Do you generate accessible bathroom leads?

Yes. Accessible bathrooms and level-access showers can be a separate campaign. Our AI handles these calls more slowly and clearly, and never tells a homeowner they will qualify for a grant.

Can the AI help with Disabled Facilities Grant questions?

It can explain that councils run the grant, that it is means-tested and that an occupational therapist assessment is usually involved, using wording you approve. It points homeowners to their local council rather than giving advice on eligibility.

I am a sole trader. Is this too much for me?

No. You can buy a small number of booked visits each month, and a managed VoiceAI agent can act as your receptionist without you hiring anyone.

Will the AI book visits when I am already on a job?

No. It only books into the time slots you release in your calendar.

Can the AI tell customers I am Part P registered?

Yes, if you are. We add your registrations and accreditations to the approved knowledge base the AI answers from.

What if a lead turns out to be a landlord, not the occupant?

That depends on your criteria. Some fitters welcome landlord work and some do not. If a lead falls outside what we agreed, report it within 72 hours and we replace it.

Keep tiling. We will keep the diary full.

Book a 30-minute call. Tell us the bathrooms you love doing and the ones you would rather skip, and we will build a campaign around that.
